High Pressure Gas Lift Valve

ALTEC’s high pressure IPO valve was designed to allow for much higher test rack opening pressure than standard type IPO valves. This enables the operator to utilize higher pressure compressors for gas lift operations.

AT2-R-HP Valve Benefits & Attributes:

1.5” High Pressure Valve with an operating range of 800 PSI – 3500 PSI TRO with 0.215” - 0.563” port sizes.

Experience improved valve performance with an upgraded bellows material; higher strength and corrosion resistance than the standard Monel 400 bellows in IPO valves.

Maximizing performance and protection with the inverted bellows design that extends rather than compresses, along with proprietary dampening fluid for hydraulic bellows.

Tested and passed API 19G2 Annex J Cycle Test to both 3500 PSI and 2400 PSI TRO Rating; valve undergoes a proprietary bellows stabilization procedure.

Developed for higher corrosion resistance applications within the range of 800 PSI – 3500 PSI IPO Pressure requirements.

Available in conventional and wireline retrievable versions; wireline version includes an integral check valve validated to API 19G2, V3.
